Christopher Ave uses a journalist's eye and a pop craftsman's ear to create literate power pop in the tradition of Elvis Costello, Tom Petty, the Barenaked Ladies and the Counting Crows. He records in his home-based Getting Better Recording Studio in Kirwood, Missouri, and he performs regularly throughout the St. Louis area.
